Wellington Premium Finance, Inc. (“Wellington”), through its cost advantaged lending facility available exclusively to Texas Windstorm Insurance Association customers, currently offers financing at the following interest rates:

• 5.6% above LIBOR for premiums of $10,000 or less.
• 4.6% above LIBOR for premiums above $10,000.

These rates are fixed at the time the note is submitted, but they are subject to change prior to submission at Wellington's discretion.

Residential and Commercial Property business is available for financing but Mobile Homeowners and Builder’s Risk business is NOT available through the Wellington facility.

A $20 administration fee is charged on all processed notes.
