Wellington Financial Services is the group's flagship service company which offers customized financial services to insurers, reinsurers, pools, government entities and Managing General Agencies. Services range from run-off administration, forensic accounting and expert witness testimony, full front-end and back-end information technology system design, SOX compliance reviews to multi-discipline program audits involving claims, information technology, accounting and underwriting perspectives.

Wellington Financial Services has participated in numerous notable activities including:

Regulating and Compliance Relations - Conducted over 100 underwriting, transactional, claims and SOX procedural audits for insurers and reinsurers.
Unicover Administration - Currently provide reinsurance accounting and contract administration for 87 ceding and 367 retrocessional reinsurance agreements.
Texas FAIR Plan Association - Currently the sole third-party underwriting, policy issuance, claims management and statistical reporting administrator. Designed and host TFPA web-enabled front-end agency submission and agent verification system.
Runoff Services - Managed over $1 Billion in ongoing runoff administration from 26 individual programs. Successfully completed 10 full IT systems conversions from varied platforms.

Wellington Insurance Company was formed in 1986 as an Oklahoma-domiciled company and is now authorized on an admitted basis in Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas. Since the company received its Certificate of Authority from the Texas Department of Insurance the company has written homeowners and residential property insurance exclusively through independent agents in the state of Texas.

Frontier General Insurance Agency was founded in 1988 as a Managing General Agency (MGA) in the state of Texas. The entity is now licensed in most states and also holds licenses as a Third-Party Administrator, General Lines Agent, Surplus Lines Agent, Lloyd's of London Broker and Reinsurance Manager.

Frontier General Insurance Agency has underwriting expertise in numerous personal and commercial lines of business, however, is now principally involved in developing homeowner's and residential property business for its affiliate, Wellington Insurance Company.

Wellington Premium Finance was acquired by the group in 1989. In addition to open market premium financing, Wellington Premium Finance enjoys exclusivity as the only premium finance company endorsed by the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association. The partnership resulted in the creation of a cost-advantaged facility chartered to provide an affordable, predatory-free, lending vehicle for the residents and businesses subject to windstorm risk in the Tier 1 counties of the Texas coastline.
