Wellington Standard Homeowners and Dwelling Fire Insurance Program
The Wellington Standard Insurance Program is available on homeowners and dwelling fire properties located in the entire State of Texas.
Homeowner’s coverage provides 12 Named Perils, Replacement Cost on the Dwelling, Other Structures and Personal Property, Liability Protection Limit up to $300,000 and Medical Protection up to $5,000.
Dwelling Fire coverage provides Named Perils, Replacement Cost on the Dwelling and ACV on the Personal Property with the Replacement Cost option if Owner Occupied. Personal Liability Limit up to $300,000 and Medical Payments up to $2,000.
Wellington Value Homeowners and Dwelling Fire Insurance Program
The Wellington Value Insurance Program is available on homeowners and dwelling fire properties located in the entire State of Texas.
Homeowner’s coverage provides 8 Named Perils, Actual Cash Value on the Dwelling, Other Structures and Personal Property, Liability Protection Limit up to $100,000 and Medical Protection up to $2,000.
Dwelling Fire coverage provides Named Perils, Actual Cash Value on the Dwelling and Personal Property. Personal Liability Limit up to $100,000 and Medical Payments up to $2,000.
Wellington Earthquake Program
Earthquake policies are available on properties located in the entire State of Texas.
The Earthquake Program provides coverage for the dwelling with limits equal to the underlying homeowner or dwelling fire policy dwelling limit. Higher limits are available to be purchased with consideration to potential increases in construction costs after a catastrophic event with a maximum dwelling limit of $15 million in total insured value. Coverage limit of $5,000 for Contents, and $1,500 Loss of Use are included.
